Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Markanda Nanoscience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Wrong products delivered will be replaced or refunded at our cost.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. To initiate a refund, contact us at sales@nanomns.com with your order details.
